Jeannine, It is very scarey. I was diagnosed finally when I was 20 and am now 25. I can't say it got any easier but my doctor assures me that I will be able to have children even if I might need some help. My first suggestion is to make sure you doctor is a specialist. If he/she is a regular OBGYN, save youself some time and trouble, although they maybe good doctors generalist, don't know enough. Seek out a reproductive endocronologist or someone who deals with infertility. My new doctor is a god sent. I have had three surgeries and facing another one and admitidly, am frustrated but the best thing to help with all of the frustration and confusion is confidence in you doctor. I ran through a bunch before I found this one and it's made all the difference. -Courtney
