Please Help, I can't find a doctor who seems to care!

I am new to this forum but I can say I know a lot about pain as everyone else here does. My problems started about 10 years ago but the endo didn't actually become a serious pain problem till after I had my two kids. I thought pregnancy made Endo go away, not in my case it made a monster out of my female organs! I have been on Depo Lupron, tons of B/C and painkillers, plus I have cystic ovaries. I had a Lap about a year ago and the Doc tried to get as much Endo as he could and also removed a grapefruit size mass from my left ovary. Well ever since I had that Lap, the doctor seems to think I am a lost cause and wonders why I am still in so much pain. He thinks the lap should have cured this whole ordeal. So I got another opinion and they tried to put me on a drug that made me violently ill. I told them what happened and they said to keep taking it and they didn't know what else to give me. Well I have been looking all over in Az, for a specialist in Endo that takes my insurance but cannot find one. I am at the end of my rope because of the pain and no one wants to listen to me anymore, where do I go from here. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and in constant pain. I cannot do the things I love to do and I am so tired I have to find the courage to get out of bed each day. The pain has definitely threatened my job and my family, my marriage. I can't take to many more days off work. I can't play with my kids and my sex life is threatened every day. Can I please have my life back?????? If any one knows of a doctor in Arizona that can give me life back, I would appreciate it. Thank you for listening.
