Off birth control pills/ no period - Help!

I was diagnoised with endometriosis back in June. My doctor did a laporoscopy, DNC, and dialated me. My first period after this surgery was HORRIBLE! So I went on Ovcon35 continuously for 2 months and went off of it because the side effects were unbareable. Anyway, I have not taken anything for 6 weeks and I should have had my period 2 weeks ago.

When I was running a week ago, I stopped for a minute and I was getting a little crampy like I was supposed to start my period, but never did. My stomache feels bloated and I know this sounds groose, but I have not had normal bowel movements for the last 2 weeks (I'm constipated). Is this a normal thing that happens when you go off of the pill? I only took it for 2 months, could my system still be a bit thrown-off from the surgery and/or the pill? I'm not sure what's going on??? Please help me, any feedback would be appreciated.
