Re: It IS possible to heal yourself of Endometriosis

I have to agree that its wonderful you've found success but not all of us are so fortunate.

I have lived on a vegan diet since I was 5 years old. I was educated in alternative health and worked in the alternative health field for years. I am fit and otherwise healthy but after working extensively with a homeopath, naturopath, acupuncture and my own remedies, I still struggle terribly with my endo.

In fact, many women could end up making their situation worse by trying to take herbs on their own since many of them stimulate the production of more estrogen.

While some of us may have immune system impairments that contribute to the endometriosis, there still may be a host of other causes that have yet to be discovered or considered in this disease. To think that healing an immune impairment will cure endo is not accurate although it might work for some.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and encourging others to live a healthier lifestyle. We all have to feel free to try our own way and use whatever gives us relief. Your website is one option but it's not the only one. In fact, I suspect that a combination of traditional medicine and alternatives may be the best approach to this condition.

I wish you continued health and wellness, Dawn
