Re: It IS possible to heal yourself of EndometriosisFrom: Tina (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Sep 28 18:15:12 2003
Carolyn, Your website has been very helpful to me. Your explanation on diet is much better than what I have found on the internet. It has also saved me a lot of time, since I volunteer for my area support group. I have been sending a lot of women to your website. I am on a similar diet, and it helps releive the pain. I just feel better now that I am off of sugar and wheat. I've just read the new book by Mary Lou Ballweg. The Endo Association did a study and showed that women had the most success with endo treatment by treating allergies and Candida Albicans. Diet, exercise, and immunotherapy seemed to be helping control the endo. Of course, if you have Stage III/IV endo that needs to be removed. Plus everyone needs to know that you cannot just go to any ob/gyn. Endo requires a specialist. It's such a complicated disease. I may never get totally healed. But with diet, vitamins, excercise, and keeping my allergies and intestines in good condition, I think I will be able to function like a normal person. Thank you for putting the info on your website, Tina
