Lesley,

It does sound like it could be endo, but maybe we should cross our fingers and hope its not, although when I was your age a few years ago (25 now) I wanted a word a simple word for what I had. It did make me feel better to put a word to the disease I have. I wish you the best of luck when you see the doctor in Houston. I am sure that he will have the right answer for you. In my personal opinion your other doctor is a nut case of course you can have endo when your 20 I'm sure I had it when I was around 15 and I've been in pain ever since. I decided on a hysterectomy last year after doing a ton of research, unfortunatly for me I'm still in constant pain but I just keep thinking good thoughts and hoping for a cure for all of us soon, I know there are alot of wonderful people working on a cure right now for us. It's pretty hard going through this at 20, do you have family or a boyfriend someone who supports you with this? by the way this is a great forum these ladies are wonderful they will answer pretty much any question you have. Its a good place for support. Anyways take care of yourself and let us know what the doctor said to you on Monday ok?
