I am now on Aygestin to stop my period and Bentyl and Xanax, both in small doses for IBS. The IBS meds do not seem to be working anymore and I'm in Grad school and the Xanax makes me feel dumb. I don't know if my doctor will consider another surgery, it's only been a year and a half since my last one. After surgery though everything was 100% better. Has anyone out there tried another med. for IBS that works. I also do not have perscription coverage so I need something cheap, with Aygestin being so expensive I have no money.
