KC, I cannot relate exactly because BC does help me, but I just wanted to email you back and say that I can definitely understand endo! I am opposite of you: Low Stage 3 endo, not much adhesion or scarring, yet SEVERE pain. I am getting ready to go to a new Doc next month and don't know what that will bring. Probably another lap. I also don't have enough sick time left this year, so any surgery I have cannot happen until next year. I personally would love to have a hysto but so far, most Docs won't do it because I am only in my early 30's. They don't seem to care that my hubby and I don't care if we have kids-the ultimate goal for both of us is for me to feel normal again.

Have you tried any herbal treatments or a diet change? I know many women have had some relief with this. I haven't done either. I take anti-depressants so I can't take any herbal supplements. I have also heard that caffeine can make endo worse. I am not yet ready to give up my morning coffee so I haven't tried that, but it may be something for you to think about.

Feel free to email me direct if you ever want to vent!
