I have just been diagnosed with ovarian remnant syndrome. I am wondering what the doctors gave you as choices to resolve the problem. I have two large ovarian cysts as a result that are not resolving on their own. I am having a lot of pelvic pain and can tell that my endometriosis is back. My doctor wants to put me on birth control pills first and then see how that goes. If that doesn't resolve it then my last alternatives are either laparotomy or radiation. Just wondering. I plan on getting a second opinion. I feel so hopeless as this seems like a put it off approach and I will probably end up with the surgery in the end. I have been so depressed as I had the hysterectomy to resolve all this stuff and I cannot believe I am having to eatl with this again. HAB >
