Thanks for responding. I would really appreciate it if you could keep in touch with me and let me know what you think ends up working for you. I will try anything at this point. I too was thinking of trying acupucture. I have been doing yoga which is a BIG help for the panic attacks. I have just begun the vitamin supplements so too soon to tell for me as well. I will try the tea . Thank you for the two yahoo groups I will also look into that.
