I insisted on a laparocopy and when they tried to go in they saw only adhesions. If pain returns it is mostly likely because adhesions left from the endo are attaching to all internal parts. I had 2 more surgeries to remove mine that were attached from my bowels, colon, intestines etc. The doctor said they were everwhere even 6 months after surgery if they don't get it all adhesions or endo will grow. Having ovarys can feed the growth because of the hormones still being available to feed the tissue. So little is known about this but I have learned thru years of experience. Just keep reading all you can and learning this is something we can learn from each other In general my life has been good because I had many years without pain and I am thankful for that.
