can I have children now, or maybe in 5 years?

I am 21 and have been married almost 2 years. I have stage 4 endo. Neither my husband or I want children for the next year or two, but I am so worried that if I don't get pregnant now, that I could be giving up becoming a mother some day. I asked my doctor 2 years ago, after my last laporoscopy, if I would ever be able to conceive, and he told me that I could get pregnant today or in 10 years, but maybe I will never be able to get pregnant. Is this true? About 3 years ago, I was pregnant and I miscarried at 10 weeks. I am so afraid that I will either never be able to conceive again, or that I will never be able to carry a child to term. Is there any way to know for sure my chances of becoming pregnant or at least to know if my husband and I wait another year to start trying if our chances of conception will be a lot less than if we try to concieve now? Any and all advice would be so greatly appreciated, as my heart continues to struggle with this. Thank you.
