Alison, you're probably going to have pain for a while yet. I had cysts lasered in my first lap, and my insides hurt and felt burned for about 3 or 4 weeks. Remember something though...the lap is not going to cure all the pain. Once you totally heal, it'll help a lot, and you'll probably feel better than you've ever felt in your life. But, endo is a chronic disease, so there are always going to be good days and bad days. You shouldn't need to call your doctor, unless you are still having swelling or if your incisions look infected. If something very abnormal happens, then call your doctor or go to the ER, but for now, just rest and try to heal.
