had an ivp in may after stopping lupron (too many bladder problems); nothing showed on the film. did a urodynamics stress test the next week. only told the doc that my bladder capacity was really little before i had urgency and pain. during my second lap, they did a cystoscopy at the same time. saw the inflamed blood vessels (very unhappy bladder as my doc said) and diagnosed interstitial cystitis. have to see it to diagnose it. i've changed my diet to one that is low-acid and bladder-friendly. i feel wonderful since i've done this. i'm not taking any bladder meds at all. and rarely have pain unless i do something stupid and eat the wrong foods.
