I also have been diagnosed with endo and I experience jolting, shocking pain that radiates from my hip into my foot. It makes my jerk my leg in an uncontrollable reflex. The pain lasts about three second and leaves as quickly as it came. No lingering pain remains whatsoever. My endo doctor suggested that endo could sometimes interfere with the sciatic nerve.
