if anyone can help me about the bladder problems?

I was just wondering do bladder problems and endo go hand in hand? I have always had bladder or rather Urinary Tract Infections every since I was 18 and now I am 33. I had my first lap done almost 3 weeks ago and I am not on any medication but I always feel like I have a bladder infection. I feel like I have to go to the bathroom and then only a little comes out and it hurts really bad. Also my urine since my surgery (not to be gross) is really dark and has a strong smell. So is it common to have bladder problems with endo? I just wonder because I have read how some of you have bladder problems because of the medication you are on and my doctor said that if I don't get better that he wants me to go on medication for endo. Also, I don't understand if I had the lap and he burned all of the endo off of me why would I still have problems? He also told me that he cut the nerves that send the pain to your brain so that should help stop the pain but the nerves can and will heal and then the pain will come back. I feel really stupid but I just don't understand if they took it all out of you why I could still possibly have pain does it grow back that fast? Does anyone know? OR is it possible that he couldn't get all of it out of me. At least I do understand that this is obviously something I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. Another thing I was told that if you had a hystorectomy sorry for the spelling:) that is the only way to get rid of it totally well my cousin had that done and now 8 years later she is having problems again I thought that endo only grew on the female reprodutive organs?? Is that wrong too?? Hopefully someone has some answers for my questions and hopefully they aren't too stupid of questions. I just wish doctors would speak in english when they told you things instead of those huge words that make no sense to me. Thanks again Jen
