-- Hello, I would have it done because I had both kinds of ultrasounds and they didn't really see anything abnormal but my doctor told me that you could actually have endo the size of a pepper grain that could cause you all kinds of pain and syptoms. I just had my done on August 11th. I know you said that your pain is mild mine would go back and fourth sometimes mild and then sometimes terrible. Anyway even though they didn't find anything on the ultrasounds they found it in a lot of different places. So for some reason sometimes it doesn't show up on the ultrasounds which seems crazy. It is pretty gross but my doctor actually gave me pictures to take home oh boy they are pretty weird to look at. I had the same symptoms as you except I wasn't going to the bathroom but like a couple times a month and then with my cycle when I would go to the bathroom it would send a sharp pain straight up my stomach. I also had irregular bleeding which he still isn't too sure why that was happening. And I was losing weight like crazy I went from weighing 141 and now I weigh 118 which in one way I am happy about that. Well I hope I helped you out. The only thing that scares me is that I read how many women have to keep going back and having the surgery done again. Also there is a few different forms of endo they look totally different. My doctor said that some doctors don't catch all of the different forms of it. But I would get it done I know you said it was mild pain but even just mild pain almost everyday just wears you out and it isn't good for you emotionally. I know because I was starting to feel like I was never going to feel good again. So now I have to wait 3 months and see how everything goes and if everything is fine I don't have to do anything if I still have problems he said that I would have to go on medication which I don't want to do because all I hear about is how the side effects are not too good. I hope I helped you. If you have anymore questions feel free to email me anytime. Juniperbo@aol.com
