First off, I've been reading through the posts and I really appriciate the information and advice that everyone here is willing to provide about endo.

I am 21 years old and on a BC pill Alesse. Right now I would describe my pain as mild, but about 4 months ago I had more severe pain, a bruised/swollen feeling inside my vagina. I had an ultrasound at the time which showed a cyst. Then I had a CT scan which showed nothing. Then I had another ultrasound, and I find out the results next week. My doctor gave me the option of having a lap done if nothing showed up on the ultrasound. Should I go for it??????

As I said before, the pain right now is mild, at most a sore spot near my right hipbone. However, I have had reoccuring vaginosis, I have GERD, a bad stomach, severe cramps/diarreah on my period, and a sharp pain inside my vagina (near the pubic bone). Does any of this point to endo????

I would REALLY appriciate help with this, as I'm sure most of you can relate, I am tired of being left in the dark by doctors.
