OVARIAN CYSTS

Hello, this is my first time to this site. I was recently diagnosed as having ovarian cysts. Normally this is known to be pretty standard. But in my case the cyst on my right side is rather large in size and they are saying that it's a possibility that they may have to remove that ovary and tube. Then through an ultrasound, they discovered a much smaller cyst on my left ovary. I am worried about losing both ovaries during my upcoming surgery. Has anyone had this surgery before that can comment on the odds maybe? They can't do it w/ the small incisions, they are going to make the cut like a c-section or hysterectomy. Please, anyone w/ comments.....speak up! Thank you very much.
