Happens to me all the time. I spot at all times during the month. Lots of times after sex and also exercise. If I even sleep on my side at night, I will wake up spotting. My doc also seems unconcerned. I think it just comes with the endo territory. I have noticed that my spotting is not as bad now that I am taking continuous birth control. Hang in there. I would continue to mention it to my Doc, especially if it gets worse, but I think lots of women with endo experience the same thing. One thing that may cause it is birth control. I have had to switch pills before because of "break through bleeding". Might talk to your Doc about that if you take the pill. You may just need another combo of hormones....
