Premenstrual Spotting? Reply: Lisa: "Re: Premenstrual Spotting?" I want to know if anyone with endometriosis has similar symptoms. I spot anywhere from one week to a few days right up to my period and sometimes after sex. This has been going on for about 2 years. My OBGYN has never seemed concerned about the spotting but now I am having trouble getting pregnant. Anybody else spot regularly?
