what is wrong with meFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon Aug 25 17:09:48 2003
I am hoping someone out there might have some idea as to what is wrong with me. I have never had a "regular" cycle but after the birth of my twin boys...5 years ago I am a mess. I had a tubal just after their birth and have not recovered. I can go for months and months of having the feelings of getting a period but never actually bleeding. AFter about 4 or 5 months, I feel sick from not actually bleeding. I had a D & C and lap done 4 months ago where my doctor found adhesions everywhere. My bowels were literally "glued" together. She said it was not Endo and that she most likely fixed it when she surgically seperated my organs. Did I mention that my mom had a hysterectomy at 35 (from Endo) and my grandma and aunt in their early 30's ? Now, 4 months after the lap, I can tell the same thing is happening again. I can only describe it as it "hurts inside". Also when I try to have a bowel movement I can feel it pulling. This has been going on for 5 years now and I am so sick of it! I just want to feel normal again! My doctor said I should lose weight and it will help...can 30 - 35 lbs really do this to someone? If anybody has any ideas...please email me.
