Hi Isa, I too am constantly constipated and after reading all these, I am going to see if it could be endo in the colon? I find Senacot to be helpful! The other over the counter is sodium Phophate it is a liquid form, my doctor had me mix the whole bottle with liquid (orange juice) it definitly worked the best and quickest but it tastes so bad I couldn't do it again!
