Re: Anyone Had Bowel Trouble After Lap?

My doctor recommended Benefiber, a powder that goes in any beverage or some liquid-like foods. I have been on three different laxatives because of my bowels (much of my endo tissue was found on my intestines). Fibercon worked well for me but really wasn't strong enough when my symptoms got worse. Citracel tastes awful and I could barely stomach one glass of it. I'm trying out this Benefiber starting tomorrow, I'll let you know how it works.
