Thanks in advance ladies...TAM Tam, Find another doctor please, adenomyosis cannot be correctly diagnosed until a hysterectomy is performed, other tests such as an mri might give a clue, but that still is not a definite diagnosis. And ultrasounds usually do not show endometriosis, unless there is an endometrioma. Please seek a second opinion, especially before beginin lupron. Take care, good luck and feel better. A
