After Surgery bleeding answer if possible.

Hey everyone. I had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago and I am still Bleeding! And it seems like its more everyday. I am on contiuions BCP so I know its not my period since they are very painful. My Dr. found nothing in my surgery so why am I still bleeding? I see my DR. this week but I just wanted an answer.
