this is a nother new thing for me. I also was diagnosed with anticardiolipin antibody. My left hand is always very sowllen. I was told that's not lupus even thought I have the clots and the antibody. I'm taking aspirine twice a day and is helping so far but still my hand is swollen. I"m depressed about that. I'm so affraid to have the nasty lupus. I'll go crazy after I feel such a relieve when my endo pain stop for the past 3 or 4 months now I have this. this is a situation to be frustrated. good luck!
