I use to be on it 3 months non-stop and then a 7 day break, but I'm wondering how safe it is to put someone on that non-stop, because my doctor told me that he's going to have me do that now. I've been on several different types of birth control in the last 3 years but I'm not sure about the being on a pill without breaks. If anyone can help me out, I'd be really greatful.
