Re: 3 Days Pre-op What to do?

I had a lap done in early May. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't easy either. Post-Op the thing that worked best for me was ice over my abdomen, and also I pretty much laid down for a couple days. Take the pain pills and get tons of rest. I was back to work in 3 days part time, full time in 5, but not everyone heals the same. Most important thing pre-op is to discuss ANY concerns w/your doctor/anstesiologist, especially if you've never been under before/have had problems before. Make sure you don't take aspirin/ibuprofen either (thins your blood)
