I did a process of elimination and learned that cheese, in fact dairy period is the ABSOULTE WORSE for Endo. I had 2 slices of Swiss on Saturday and I am still suffering. If you go into Google and type " Endometriosis and Dairy ", please read the results that come up. There is a cite ( can't recall ) that has a woman who was able to get rid of all of her painful symptoms by first, giving up diary, then meat completely. She is now 100% Vegan and no longer suffers from pain. I try my best to stay away from dairy products and now drink Vanilla Soy Milk only. You girls have nothing to lose. Try giving up cheese for 1 month. You will notice a BIG difference!!!! Good luck.
