Mandy, it's going to take several months for your body to totally recover from your lap. The pain you're feeling is normal. If it gets severe in any way, though, go to the ER. But, you should be just fine. I normally have noticable pain for up to 2 months after a lap. And, your doctor is right, about the amount of endo and pain. You can have no noticable endo (all microscopic) yet have tons of pain, and you can have a lot of endo, and very little pain. Keep us posted on your recovery. :)
