April, I have the same problem with contipation. Last weekend I bought a bag of beans that was a 15 bean mix for bean soup. I ate lots of it for 4 days straight, along with my 6 to 7 servings of fruit and veggies that I usually eat, and although the gas was horrible, I got rid of everything stopping me up. It's amazing that with all the fruit I eat, I still get constipated (damn endo), but you need to do as much as you can to make sure you have at least one bowel movement a day. When I have several every day, I feel so much better. Hope you're feeling better. :)
