I'm on Ovcon 35, take it for 4 months straight, then let myself have a period. Every 4 months, about a week and a half before my period, I get awful vertigo lasting about 30 minutes to an hour. Then, I get a migrane that lasts for hours. I drove to work this morning, almost confused and not sure where to go. I'm positive it's from hormones, but it still is quite scary. My headache is dull now, and starting to go away, but it will probably hang in there for several hours yet.
