Hi all.. I am not going to sit for too long now.. I am great pain from today.. But I just wanted to post and let you know I have a team of doctors on my case and I will be seeing them for mor treatment on my problems.. I have a physicial Therapist, Psychologist, two pain management doctors, and a Gyn specialist that treats all kinds of pelvic issues.. Today I was given an injection of a local antisthetic where the nerve is causing the most pain in the vaginal.. What pain I am experiencing since the medicatino wore off.. I will be given a spelling caudle block on the 22nd of aug.. I go to see a Gyn to get a culture of my vagina to see if the untreated pid that wasn ot completely treated back in february is still there.. If so they will do further treament.. The psychologist will be talking to me and helping me to deal with the pain.. Sine I had been molested as a child, this most likely is a trigure.. But they are not totally sure.. I know that they asked me more than once about it.. So I explained about it in some detail.. I was 11 years old when it happened.. And I was 13 years old when I was able to tell someone about it... It makes me angry that I didn't do anything about it sooner.. But I was too scared to tell.. I was rasied that when you did things like that that you were at fault.. I told my current psychologist this on tuesday.. Who is in private practice but not at UCLA.. This is a totally different doctor.. The Psychologist today said that I should talk more about it with him.. But anyway, I will keep you all updated at time goes by.. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.. I am going to rest for now.. I cleared out any mail that was sent today.. So, if you posted me privately or anything, please understnad that I am overwhelm with pain now and want to rest as much as I can now.. I can't sit for far too long.. I have to chart my pain activity on a calendar over the next 4 wks.. And take that back when I see the doctors on the 22nd.. Take care and love and hugs Portia
