i have alot of bowel and lower back pain. have had lots of adhesions and endo. i had laparascopic surgery to remove. the bowel and lower lumbar problems had gotten a little better but now have returned in full force. i have heard that the space behind the kidneys(can't remember how to pronounce that) where the muscles and nerves are can also have the endoandadhesions but cannot be gotten to by laparascopic surgery only open surgery. i keep having so many problems from several pelvic surgerys always having lots of adhesions removed and lots stuck to my bowels and such. i also have a stretching tightning pulling feeling from my left buttock to my lumbar area, hard to bend forward w/o pain discomfort and burning again after bowel movements which makes my lumbar and part of my spine feel inflamed. i have had so many tests and seen so many doctors and none can figure this problem out. i am wondering if possibly the endo and adhesions have settled on the nerves or muscles behind the kidneys where it can only be gotten to by open surgery. i am sofrustrated anddepressed because of all the surgeries i have had and still its getting worse. has anyone ever had these problems. can this only be checkedby open surgery and would this be an abdominal or bikini linecut. i am running out of options and being misdianosed. most doctors don't understand endo and adhesions and the problems they can cause. i am now being told to exercise more which i have done to no avail. i am prob. going to again go out of state to an endo expert. this is bringing on also all sorts of bizarre effects on mybody. i know if its on the bowelormuscle weird symptoms can occur.
