questions about endo??From: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Jul 29 03:04:22 2003
Hi I have mild endo which has also caused adhesions on my bowel which was discovered back in April. I am in so much pain on a daily basis and I need some help and advice. Any time by bowels are full I get such bad pain I feel like I have a really bad stomach bug. Does anyone have endo on the bladder that can describe to me what this pain is like as I think the endo has spread to my bladder. Each morning I feel like my bladder is about to burst, I am frequenly needing the toilet and all day long it feels as though I have a concrete slab in side me. I have been given a new pill to see if it will help with the pain and was told not to come on my period for 3 months but apart from this my doctor isn't willing to touch my bowel or help me in any other way. What should my next step be? I am confused about what help I should be recieving and what the steps are in trying to relieve or stop the pain. Also since my lap I have been experiencing bad chest pain and have heard endo is sometimes seen on the lungs, what are the symptoms does anyone know? Sorry for the long email. I am feeling so depressed with this pain that its good to know there are others out there that know exactly what its like. Thanks in advance for any advice.
