Hi Michelle,

Antidepressants tend to effect different people in different ways. One may work for one and not another. Generally speaking there are side-effects from going off antidepressants. Paxil does have side-effects from going off it. It took me over 3 months to get off it. But if you need to take something, you need to do it. You might want to ask your doc about some of the newer antidepressants out. Supposedly, they have less side-effects in general.
