If you are still having symptoms of endo and your dr couldn't see it it means that it's microscopic. There is such thing as microscopic endometriosis.

I had my second laparoscopy in Feb and my dr couldn't find any endo inside either but it still bothers me. As soon as she told me that she couldn't find the endo I knew then that I have microscopic implants. It's just a matter of time before they become visible to the naked eye so that she can go in and remove it.

I hope though that it doesn't bother you for a long time as far as becoming visible to the naked eye.
