Terese,

I just started taking MinOvral my doctor told me that its a mix of estrogen and progesten, he's an endocronologist so I assume he should know what to give me, I guess its a low dose of estrogen. I'm to take it for 3 months go back to see him and then he'll decide if he's going to operate again, I just had a lap 3 months ago so he said it was to soon. My gyno in town had just started me on depo, but when I went to see the endocronoligist she said that depo makes women psychotic, and he's right for those 2 weeks, I was so depressed, mood swings, and flipping out about nothing, just coming home from work, screaming and falling on the floor crying, feeling sorry for yourself, I dont recomment depo, but that is ONLY my opinion, other ladies here have no side effects from it at all. But I live in Canada so I'm not sure if you guys have MinOvral in the US, but you could ask, so far I've only been on them a week, but no side effects so far, I feel a little nausiated but that just happends to me no matter what pill I'm on, I was on 10 different kinds before my hyst last year, and all of them made me want to get sick, so that's just a normal side effect for me.

Good luck with whichever one you pick. : )
