Yvette,

I will try to eat extra fruits and veggies. For a few weeks I tried to eliminate wheat and dairy. It did seem to help. But I have to tell you, I LOVE bread. I bought Spelt bread which was ok. Im a vegetarian which limits my diet already so I hate giving up my regular bread.

It just seems that this problem is running my life. I get so frustrated.
