I hate this and am feeling at the end of my rope. I will try the yogurt thing- have a box of SOURCE at the moment - will go through that and then go to the organic. The water is tricky in the sense that it makes me pee a lot which brings about the pain. I am sure i just need a day or two but right now just completely feeling sorry for myself.
