Re: Endo after hysterectomy

Michelle,

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it. I've made up my mind to have the surgery. My family can't afford the meds & surgery later! It's just too expensive. I know I'll have an adjustment period to Menopause and it will be difficult for my husband and friends until after I have my HRT meds adjusted properly. I just hope & pray that my endo specialist will do the surgery and not insist on me trying Lupron first. That drug scares me more than surgery. Everything I've read about it just doesn't sound like it's something they should be giving. I know that it has helped a few people but from what I've researched it's hurt more than it's helped. I'll let you know what the Dr. says after my appt. on Monday. :)

Anne-Marie
