Adenocarcinoma's are the most common type of cancer. Without complete removal of the tissue that has the cancer it can travel to other parts of the body. Normal treatment for cancer is to remove the cancer and stage it by removing the lymph nodes at the site of cancer to see if it has spread or how fast is spreading. -- Paramedic/Firefighter- I mainly instruct now- making sure I do lots of research to fight this disease.
