I personally have not seen or heard of any research that states where a grandmother using DES while pregnant with daughter can be passed through any type of genes to the granddaughter. Even if you did somehow pass it on, there isn't anything you could have done to prevent it. I hope that you don't feel responsible- endometriosis is no one's fault. I do know my mother's pregnancy for me was very difficult and at that time 49 years ago, the doctor wanted her to have a forced abortion but she refused.
