I just had my last lupron shot 1 week ago,i was on it for six months. I
strongly believe that lupron is not the way to go. I had a laprooscopy
in January and then started the lupron shot 3 weeks later. I have never
had so much pain in my life! the only thing that was nice about lupron
is No Period, i saved a lot of money considering i would bleed for 2
weeks straight heavilythen be off for a week or two and start again. I
will be so happy when this shot wears off. My ob/gyn is a beast! And
thats saying it nicely. She does not know what she is doing. she wants
to do a hystorectomy and i am only 22 with no kids. i have had 5
friends go to my doctor and they all have said the same thing. right
now i am in the middle of finding another doc. she wants to keep me on
lupron and i refuse. I will not be put through that agian. If anyone
wants to email me at my Daiseyqt@hotmail.com i would be more than happy
to recieve emails and talk about anything concerning endo. I have been
a victim of endo for years and i am now starting to finally understand.
Please email me if you need to talk. Good luck to all. Beth
