Re: Laparotomy/New to boardFrom: Jillian (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri Jun 27 12:38:11 2003
Only a word or two of advice.... First, after your surgery don't push it. Take it easy like they tell you to...you'll regret it if you dont. I found it good to have stool softeners and something to help relieve gas. Sneezing, coughing, and sitting up hurt bad. I needed someone to help me get up and down for like two weeks or so. Showering was a lil bit hard because i had to step down into the tub and gettin out was annoying. --- Denise <anonymous@obgyn.net> wrote: > I am scheduled to have Laparotomy on Monday, July > 14th at 5:00P.M.
