I was in the same boat and had most of the same tests done and my own gyn said it had nothing to do with anything gynlogial. I work in the hospital in women's heath and it was not until a nurse I work with said I bet it is endo. I got a second opinion and this doctor said it is most likely endo and there are a few things that you can do take hormones to help with the pain or have a laproscopic surgery to definately tell you that you have endo. So do your research on endo doctors in the area you live in and here are a few hints that help me a bit when I have pain. A doctor prescibe me ultram an muscle relaxant to which is wonderful when I am in full blown pain and then I cuddle up with a heating pad on my abdomen with a pillow over the heating pad. Also I wa ssuggested by a doc if you are on birth control pills not to take the placebo pills to which you won't get a period but it might help. I fought with my gyn for almost a year and a half about the pain I was having and that he was just trying to blow me off. I was happy I went behind his back to get the answer. Good luck
