Hello Ladies!! Let me introduce myself, I am Crissy Rodgers. I am 32 years old, and have a hysterectomy when I was 23 due to endometriosis and PCOS. I have a questionaire/survey that I need you guys to do for me... Here's the link: http://retracingfootsteps.150m.com/endo.html I have meaning to do this for awhile, but I haven't had time before now. So I have put together some questions that I feel like any woman with endo would like to have answered by others just like herself. I am primarily asking women with endo who are single or were single at some time during their endo treatment. The main reason is because when I was first diagnosed I found a ton of information about married women, but not that much on someone like me who was single, still trying to date, and desperately trying to hang onto some sort of a social life. If you find a big text box under a certain question, I put that in there because I was hoping that you would go into more detail. This information will be used in a book that I plan on writing, so please fill out your information in the section that I provide. I will contact you before I ever quote you in print.... I PROMISE!!
