I am 2.5 mnths into the process. At first, I hated it. I was having hot flashes left and right, they were intense, I thought I was going to go insane. I talked to my doc about it and he prescribed me what they call "add back therapy" which this one just consists of a bit of progestin. It's a little pill that I take everyday. That has helped everything. I rarely have hot flashes now, and if I do, they are very mild. The only other side affect I feel I have is fatigue. However, that is only the side affects. As for the pain, I still have it. So it is working? I don't know. Hope that kinda helps. Good luck with everything. Hope all goes well.
