Re: Diagnosis shockFrom: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Jun 24 17:51:32 2003
Louise, I did Zoladex. I'm in the U.S. Also, I would suggest that you talk to your dr about getting you to a different dr, to do surgery to remove it b/c it can be removed with a laser. Laser can be used to do excision or burning off. Also, there's an instrument out that is supposed to be really good for treating endo but I don't know if they have it in the UK yet or not. It's called a harmonic scalpel. Feel free to e-mail me directly if you like. ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/sokokl/kristyspersonalpage.html For women who are interested in additional support http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Endo_Vulvodynia_PCOS/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Zoladexforendometriosis/ I am a Medical Secretary who does a lot of learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own personal experiences.
